I have a bad credit rating due to too many applications?

Hi guys, I have a bad credit score due to too many credit applications in a short period of time. So in turn everytime I apply I get declined… AGAIN. Is there anyway to override this? Hmm, does anyone know of anywhere in AUS that offer secured cards?
