What is the best way to get a rental when you have a bad credit rating?

I have a bad credit rating and I will be needing a place for my family to live, what is the best way to obtain a rental with a bad credit rating. I will be relocating to Texas, accepting a new job and have this worry. What Should I do?

    Get federal form r260-B. It’s designed to help people in a pinch with bad credit (specifically for rental properties but rental cars as well). It asks questions about your tax returns so you’ll need last year’s as well.
